Medion Akoya Nettop-PC E2010D 2 The new Green PC out by Medion, the Medion Akoya Nettop-PC E2010D with the 18.5 inch LCD TFT Monitor E53002D included, is going to hit the shelves in Australia on Thursday 25th of June 2009.

The green beast, although I wouldn’t say very powerful since it only has an Intel® Atom™ 230 processor 1.6 GHz, 512 KB Cache, 1 GB DDR2 SDRAM, and 160 GB hard disk is for sale for $699AUD with a possible 50% Education Tax Refund, making the product around $350. For more information about the tax refund, you can click here.

The Nettop PC uses 50% less power consumption then a normal desktop PC as it only uses a maximum of 65 watts. Although I’d love to get my hands on this PC, I don’t see it fitting my needs.  The only people I see buying this product is people who don’t like laptops and regularly move to different places requiring a desktop PC.

If you love your stylish desktop PC’s and want to have a lot of space on your desk, this is a PC for you, but if you want performance and portability, you can find yourself a nice laptop. Although it will cost a bit more money, it will better suit your needs.

I don’t think that this computer will be successful in the market, but if you like a green, stylish, desktop PC, this is the one for you.

To see more specs, and photo’s, have a look after the break.

Be wearying of small camera’s or obscured lights near the card reader.

The title may sound a bit strange and impossible, but in fact, it is true. Wii style gaming has now come to your computer and the best thing about it, you probably already have the hardware and equipment to do it.

So your playing Need for Speed on your computer and your fingers are getting sore using the keyboard arrows. You wish you have a steering wheel or hand-help controller, but you don’t. What do you do? Plug your webcam into the computer, and download CamSpace.

Just cut our a wheel like this, download and install CamSpace, turn your webcam on and create a controller in CamSpace.

camwheel

Then start your game, and start using your wheel as a fully functional free steering wheel.

Even though one of the iPhone’s flaws is its tiny 1.3 mega pixel camera, having a camera in your phone is still handy. But you have taken a photo, now you want to print it, but you can’t be bothered connecting your phone to the computer, transferring the file over, then printing it.

You can now do it directly with Air Photo. For a $1.99 app, you can wireless print photo’s with a hit of the button.

Save time and happy picturing and printing.

There is a new study that has taken place by opticians saying you should get an eye exam so you can embrace the full HD picture that your televisions output.

But even with poor eyesight, wouldn’t a HD picture still look better then a SD picture?
