A while a go, the EU is wanting Microsoft to either unbundle Internet Explorer with its operating system or bundle it with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
But when the EU told Microsoft to unbundled Internet Explorer, how would people surf the Internet as their is now no web browser to download other web browsers.
Every new computer I buy or reformat, I always install Firefox, and now I will install Chrome, Internet Explorer is just an unfriendly web browser.
I think it will be good if Microsoft bundles other browsers with its OS. What are your thoughts?
Add-ons for web browsers, especially Mozilla Firefox are becoming more and more useful when surfing the net. But 2% of the time, a website you are trying to visit is down, and this is where Pingdom’s Mr Uptime add-on comes in useful.
If you ever come across a website which gives you an error, set Mr uptime on in, and the add-on will monitor the website in the background until it is live again.
Mr Uptime will let you know when the sites back online, or will open it up automatically.
You can download Mr Uptime here and access their website here.

When you surf the Internet, you usually download music or pictures, or programs, for different needs and wants. It can sometimes be hard remembering all the different file names of all the different files that you download and what they are for, because they are all stored in one folder called Downloads. But thanks to Automatic Save Folder for Firefox, this is no more of an issue.
This extension allows you to create rules for your downloads from different domain names, and file types and allow you to store them in different locations which can help organise your downloads much more.
So happy downloading!
There is a plugin for Firefox that allows you to search the popular search engines Google and Yahoo with tags. Search Cloudlet adds tags to the top of your search results so if your unsure what keywords to use, the large tags might help you find what you are looking for rather than the smaller ones. With the tags, you filtering and refining your search results by clicking on the tag.
Search Cloudlet also lets you search by domain names, domain types (.com, .net, .org etc) and geographical location. Searching by domain name and type will limit your search to that particular type.
Just keep clicking on the tags and you will find what you are looking for, by filtering your search results. It is also recommended that you set your Google or Yahoo search results to 100 to get the best results. More results, better the tag cloud is.
The ever growing web browser Google Chrome is soon to be released from BETA stage. This will provide heavy competition on Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, which Google helped promote through the Google Adsense program.
With Google out of Beta, their motives is to get computer makes to bundle Chrome with their computer systems.
However, their is no set date when Google Chrome will come out of BETA, but we all know it will decrease other browsers popularity.

An unnamed company has made contracts Microsoft, Google and Mozilla to have forced ads in their web browsers to lower Internet and web hosting costs.
With displaying ads on the Internet is becoming more and more common, soon the top 3 Internet web browsers, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and new web browser Google Chrome, will soon contain ads within their web browser program. A new company which is yet to be named have made contracts with Microsoft, Mozilla and Google to display advertisements in the toolbars of their browsers. The three companies have decided to include ads in their browsers as they hope that other browsers follow with the change which will generate money for Internet research and development, web hosting and infrastructure. Over 90% of web users have at least one of the three web browsers installed on their computer. Experts predict that displaying ads in web browsers will rake in over $15.76 billion a year.
With this money going back to the Internet and not Microsoft, Google or Mozilla, it hopes that the Internet will become cheaper by lowering ISP costs and web hosting costs. The money will be used to increase the overall speed of the Internet and to provide Internet access to remote locations around the world. The money will also be used for research and development of the Internet infrastructure.
With this change, it may take Internet users time to get used to having ads displayed in their web browsers, but in the long run, it will benefit everyone.
